Discovery
In this initial phase, we review and assess your
goals, milestones and expectations. Our team then
makes recommendations and defines a Requirements
Document.
Planning
Once our client approves the Requirements Document,
we build the architecture needed to implement
the specified solution. Prototyping and documentation
are generated at this level.
Development
After the project planning and design stage, a
milestone-based development phase follows. In
this manner, both parties are familiar with what
takes place at an expected time and make minor
modifications on functionality or requirements.
Testing & Deployment
Once development is complete, we test each component
for expected operation. Integration of these components
follows the deployment of the project to a testing
server. Once approved, we deploy the project to
a production server.
Training
After delivering the project, we train your personnel
so that they completely understand how to operate
the system.
Maintenance & Support
We provide free technical support after the completion
of the project for a limited time. Under the Maintenance
& Support program, we provide client consultations,
minor program modifications and perform preventive
maintenance to your system.
